Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $150 or more.
- Orders placed by 10 am PST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 10 am PST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.
- Please allow for a minor dispatch delay on launch days and sale days as we work to pick and pack high order volumes.
Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.
Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact contact@simplseams.com
If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 1:00 pm PST. If you place an order after 1:00 pm PST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
INTERNATIONAL
Please know the cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location and weight.
- International orders over $200 (USD) will receive free standard shipping.
- International orders over $250 (USD) will receive free express shipping.
All orders ship via DHL or FedEx. Please refer to their websites for specific shipping regions. Shipping address at checkout should be provided in English. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.
